What is included?＋
Each set includes the LED light strands, star topper and remote control. The selected set has 2.1 m strands, 400 LEDs and a USB power lead. The Christmas tree, phone and decorative props are not included.
Will it fit my tree?＋
The strands measure 2.1 m (approximately 7 ft). Measure your tree before ordering and allow room for the star. Place the hanging ring near the top and spread the strands evenly around the branches.
How do I control the lights?＋
Use the included remote for everyday controls, or follow the supplied instructions to connect in the iDeal LED app. The app offers colour and brightness controls, animations, DIY designs, scrolling text and on/off schedules.
Can the lights react to music?＋
Yes. The app includes music and microphone modes so the lights can react to sound. Follow the supplied instructions to select the audio mode and adjust its settings.
How are the lights powered?＋
This is the USB-powered version. Connect it to a suitable power source using the ratings and instructions supplied with the set. Keep the USB connection and controller dry.
Shipping & delivery＋
Select your country and enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm shipping availability, charges and estimated delivery. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.
Returns & support＋
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return your order. We will provide the return instructions and address. Contact DailySeasons with your order number if an item arrives faulty or damaged.
How should I care for the lights?＋
Disconnect the power before arranging or storing the strands. Untangle gently, keep the controller and USB connection dry, do not immerse the lights and keep them away from heat and flames. Follow the included instructions.
