Delivery times

Delivery estimates vary by product and destination. Check the estimate provided before ordering, or contact us with your items and postcode. Orders may ship from our fulfilment partners outside the UK. Unless a different period is agreed before purchase, delivery is due within 30 calendar days of the contract.

Please allow extra time for customs checks, remote addresses, and busy holiday periods. If an order is delayed, we will contact you about the revised timing and your cancellation or refund options.

Shipping destinations and charges

Eligible orders ship free to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Available international destinations depend on the items in your basket and are shown at checkout. For other destinations, request a quote before ordering.

All shipping charges are disclosed before payment. Paid international quotes pass on the supplier's shipping charge without a delivery markup. Import duties or taxes not collected at checkout may be payable on arrival under local law.

General information

Tracking is emailed after shipment. Products may arrive in separate parcels. Contact us about stalled tracking or missing deliveries; we remain responsible until you or your nominated recipient receives the goods, except where the law provides otherwise.

If your order has not arrived within 60 calendar days of purchase, you can request a full refund, regardless of the accepted destination. You do not have to wait 60 days if an earlier cancellation or refund right applies.
